On the horizon:

      It is likely that new, stringent energy codes and regulations will be set in place in Connecticut by the end of 2012. To meet these requirements, HVAC installers will need greater effort as well as the utilization of new techniques such as Aeroseal to achieve a Certificate of Occupancy. Where the building envelope is concerned, it is likely that property owners will see the implementation a nationwide efficiency rating system for existing home stock.
